Alan Frederick McPheters

Alan Frederick McPheters, 46, passed away peacefully at his home in Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia, on October 12, 2025.

Born on November 7, 1978, in San Francisco, California, Alan was passionate about the hospitality industry and dedicated much of his life to it. His work in restaurants took him from Ohio to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia, where he fell in love with the lifestyle and chose to make it his home.

Alan is preceded in death by his mother, Araceli Hurley. He is survived by his father, Alan McPheters; his stepfather, Jim Hurley; and his sister, Megan Facteau.

He will be remembered for his warm spirit, love of good food, and the lasting friendships he built throughout his life.
