Allen Merl Driscoll

Allen Merl Driscoll, age 91, of Cleveland passed away August 4, 2023. Mr. Driscoll was born on August 20, 1931, to the late John and Madge Mae Gritton Driscoll. He worked as a construction foreman and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents, Allen was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Mattingly Driscoll; father, John Allen Driscoll; mother, Madge Mae Driscoll; sister, Patsy Ann Dean; sister, Doris Marie Gibson; daughter, Dotti Driscoll Burton; great granddaughter, Jentry Grace Potts. Survivors include his daughter, Lisa Marie Campbell, Cleveland; Grandson, Nicholas Allen Crowder (Stephanie), Sautee; great grandchildren Adison Marie Crowder, Elijah Allen Crowder, Myah Rebecca Crowder; grandson, Daniel Alan Potts (Bobbi), Harrodsburg, KY; great grandchildren, Caitlyn Cierra Preston, Jensen LeAnn Potts, Jordan Alan Potts, Emily Joe Potts, Taylor Kinsely Potts; great great grandchild, Averly Rae Preston. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 13, 2023, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Jim Holmes will officiate. Interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home, prior to the memorial service.
