Amy Jo Parris Alvarez

Mrs. Amy Jo Parris Alvarez, age 33 of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2010. Mrs. Alvarez was born June 12, 1977 in Stephens County to Jimmy Parris and Vickie Nix. She was employed by The Glass Shop in Helen and was preceded in death by her grandfather, Harvey Parris. Survivors include her husband, Roberto Alvarez, Costa Rica; son, Lucas Alvarez, Cleveland; daughter, Bella Grace Scoates, Cleveland; father and step-mother, Jimmy and Patti Parris, Cleveland; mother, Vickie Nix, Cleveland; brothers, Eric Parris, Kyle Parris, and Brandon Byerly, all of Cleveland; maternal grandparents, Wayne and Jonell Nix, Cleveland; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Parris, Cleveland. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Sunday, June 20, 2010 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. David Bost and Rev. Phillip Robinson will officiate.
