Andrew "Andy" Dwight Almond

Andrew “Andy” Dwight Almond, age 63 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, August 31, 2012 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Almond was born August 29, 1949 in Greensboro, GA to the late Emory Glen and Verna Mae Hodges Almond. He was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. Mr. Almond was a mechanic and was of the Methodist Faith. Survivors include his wife, Susan Almond, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Amanda Almond, Dacula; daughter and son-in-law, Larrie and Dwayne Willard, Cleveland; grandsons, Josh Willard and Carson Almond. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, September 3, 2012 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Doug Hines will officiate.
