Andrew Paul Jarrard

Andrew Paul Jarrard, age 60, of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. Mr. Jarrard was born on August 22, 1964, in Lumpkin County, to the late Andrew and Irene Winkler Jarrard. He was a plant manager for the White County Water Authority. In addition to his parents, Andrew was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Travoski “Ski” Harris; and grandparents, Sarah and Gordon Winkler, Ollie and Thomas Sant Jarrard. Survivors include his wife, Elaine Jarrard, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Janna and Gabriel Nuvor; daughter, Jessica Lowe; grandchildren, Keallen Harris and McKenzie Harris; brother and sister-in-law, Terry and Angie Jarrard; sister, Janet Jarrard; a number of nieces and nephews also survive. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Family Hospice for all of their care and support. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 6, 2025, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Wayne Turk will officiate. Interment will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
