Anita Jane Kemp, age 62 of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022. Ms. Kemp was born on December 16, 1959, in Habersham County, to the late Billy and Barbara Burke Sosebee. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her companion, Richard Shubert, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and James Garrard, Cleveland; grandchildren, Jordan and Kelsey Bowen, Rey Bradley, and Danny Bowen; sisters, Melita Alexander, Cleveland, and Angela Harkins, Demorest.
