Ann B. Rice

Ann Rice, age 83 of Johns Creek, formerly of Cleveland, GA and East Point, GA, passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at her residence.   Mrs. Rice was born on April 22, 1933, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Glen and Nell Rivers Burdett. Mrs. Rice was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cleveland. She was a previous member of Helen First Baptist and also a previous member and church secretary of Dogwood Hills Baptist in East Point, GA.   Survivors include her husband, James Rice, Johns Creek; daughter, Patti Rice, Johns Creek; daughter and son-in-law, Glenda Rice and Ed Reed, Treasure Island, FL.   Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Bucky Erwin and the Rev. Dennis Turner will officiate.   The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M.
