Mrs. Shaw was born on April 24, 1947, in Danville, Kentucky, to the late Herold Sebastian and Ruth Prewitt Sebastian. She worked for the Social Security Administration.
Survivors include her companion, Henry L. Johnson; and brother, David Sebastian.
