Annabelle Maye Hopke

Annabelle Maye Hopke, age 73 of Sautee-Nacoochee, passed away Monday, April 30, 2012 following an extended illness. Mrs. Hopke was born October 6, 1938 in Decatur, IL to the late Cecil and Twilla Sefton McCammack. She worked as a secretary at the Probate Court of Santa Cruz, AZ and was a member of Center Baptist Church. Mrs. Hopke was preceded in death by her husband Gordon F. Hopke Sr. and children, Gordon F. Hopke Jr., Steven Hopke, Pamela Hopke and Cathy Hopke. Survivors include her son and dauther-in-law, Craig and Sydney Hopke, Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Reece, Lyrk and Isis; sister, Cecilia Gage; brother, Charles McCammack; and multiple nieces and nephews in Georgia, Florida and Arizona also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Michael Wilkes will officiate. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Evergreen Cemetery, Tucson, Arizona with Judge Jan Flores.
