Annie Dolores Durant

Annie Dolores Durant, age 62, of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022. Ms. Durant was born on September 29, 1959, in Demorest, Georgia, to the late Alvin and Ruthie Lene Trammell Nicely. She worked in the deli at Ingles after working for Babyland General Hospital for many years. In addition to her parents, Annie was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Mary Frances Nicely, Ruthie Brown, and Sylvia Nicely. Survivors include children, Denita Shaneil Tate, William Nicholas Lafate Nicely, and Laquincy Demara Nicely; grandchildren, Zamariona Kelise Nicely and Naomi Zemya Nicely; siblings, Leslie Putman, Emma Lou Nicely, John Nicely, JV Nicely, Willis Nicely, and Prince Nicely; a host of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Sunday, February 6, 2022, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Pastor Bardel Summerour will officiate. Interment will follow at Bean Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home, prior to the funeral service.
