Arlen Ross Garrett

Arlen Ross Garrett, age 71, of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2025.

Mr. Garrett was born on March 20, 1954, to the late Robert and Glovene Radford Garrett. Arlen worked in construction and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Garrett; son and daughter-in-law, Marty and Amanda Garrett; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Jeremy Sapp; daughter, Hollie Tooley; daughter and son-in-law, Kristi and Matt Davis; grandchildren, Matthew Garrett, Anna Grace Garrett, Isaac Black, Koehler and Trent Hyatt, Kalem Tooley, Jaylon Tooley, MaKenna Tooley, Noah Tooley, Kayleigh and Cason Kimsey, Karah Hicks, and Gavin Wilkins; great-grandchildren, Lainey Tooley and Sadie Grace Kimsey; numerous extended family also survive.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. The Rev. Ronnie Dockery and the Rev. Jack Pilcher will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Marty Garrett officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
