Barbara Standridge

Barbara Clark Standridge, age 76, of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday November 20, 2022. Mrs. Standridge was born in Habersham County, Georgia, to the late Andrew and Olivia Clark of Mt. Airy, Georgia. Barbara was retired from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Charles Standridge; son, Chuck Standridge; brother, Bill Clark; and sisters, Ethel and Sybil. She is survived by her daughter, Deena Cowart (Marvin), Cleveland; daughter-in-law, Freda Standridge, Cleveland; grandsons, Mitchell Abernathy (LaRay), Alex Cowart, Austin Seabolt, and Alex Seabolt; great-grandchildren, Kiersten Abernathy, Rylee Madison Abernathy, and August Charles Seabolt; sisters, Joy Anderson (Daniel), Evonne Tatum, and Ann Harmon (Cal); sister-in-law, Ruthleen Hooper; several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at Bethel Temple Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery in Demorest, Georgia.
