Betty Jo Cantrell

Betty Jo Cantrell age 83, of Cleveland passed away Friday January 5, 2018.   Mrs. Cantrell was born in Cleveland the daughter of the late Joe and Eula Barrett Brookshire. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alex Cantrell and brother in law, John George Cantrell. Mrs. Cantrell was retired from the White County Extension Agency and she was a member of Cleveland First Baptist Church.   Survivors include brother and sister in law, Jimmy and Dorothy Jean Brookshire, Cleveland; nieces, Lisa McClure (Charles), Cleveland, Michelle Griffith (Randy), Suwanee, great nephews, Josh McClure (Amanda), Monticello, Jeremy McClure, Cleveland; great niece, Haley Griffith, Suwanee; sister in law, Marcille Cantrell, Cleveland; nieces, Debbie Lasher, Marietta, Courtney Jaskiewicz, Apollo Beach, FL, McKinsey Griffith.   Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday January 8, 2018 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Mrs. Barbara Head and the Rev. Dennis Turner will officiate. Interment will follow at Gateway Memory Park.   The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
