Betty Louise Caudell

February 22, 1940 — June 1, 2018

Betty Caudell, age 78 of Cleveland, went to Heaven on Friday, June 1, 2018.   Betty loved the Lord and spending time in prayer. She loved her son Chris dearly and also spending time with her sisters and nieces. Betty was a member of Chattahoochee Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for many years. A lot of the kids are older now and say she taught them in Sunday School and how much they loved Mrs. Betty. She loved taking pictures at family reunions so she could share them with all her brothers and sisters. Betty loved seeing all her family. Betty has the most beautiful picture of all now. A picture of Heaven.   Betty worked for Habersham Medical Center and loved all the friends she met there. She worked longs hours and enjoyed her work there. In her younger years Betty and Garland ran McNabb and Caudell Grocery Store where they met lots of friends. Betty will be missed by so many and would say today come join me there is so much more in Heaven than on Earth. A peaceful place. I’m Happy.   Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Minnie Skelton Chambers; brothers, Delmar Chambers, Clyde Chambers, Carl Chambers, John Henry Chambers, Emory Chambers, Junior Chambers; sisters, Hallie Warwick, Grace Darnell;   Survivors include her son, Chris Caudell, Cleveland;  grandchildren, Amber Segers, Brook Adams; sisters, Lois Hogan, Cleveland; Renoria Ping Hallford, Demorest; sister and brother-in-law, Jimmie and Jimmy Jenkins, Clarkesville; sisters-in-law, Frances Lewallen, Bladwin; Annie Chambers, Cleveland; Annette Chambers, Cornelia; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Iva Lee Cauldell Banks and Tilford Banks, Demorest; Yvonne and Johnny Segers, Cleveland.   Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, June 4, 2018 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home.
