Betty Doughty

Betty Satterfield Doughty, age 88 of Sugar Hill, formerly of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.   Mrs. Doughty was born on September 13, 1929, in Cleveland, Georgia to the late Frank B. and Lillie Ann OKelley Satterfield. She was a homemaker. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Doughty; sister, Peggy Crow; brother, Jack Satterfield.   Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Robert “Bob” and Terry Doughty, Sugar Hill; son, Richard I. Doughty III, Locus Grove; brother, Jerry Satterfield, Cleveland; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 3 nieces also survive.   Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Milton Harris and the Rev. Brandon Hester will officiate.   The family will receive friends from 12-2 P.M.
