Beulah Mae Satterfield

Mrs. Beulah Mae Satterfield, age 90 of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Gateway Health Care. Mrs. Satterfield was born April 6, 1921 in Cleveland to the late Edgar and Ethel Johnson Stovall. She was a substitute teacher for 15 years, worked with the American Red Cross Blood Drive and was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church. Mrs. Satterfield was preceded in death by her husband, Ned Satterfield, daughter, Dorothy Jean Satterfield, sister, Dot Fortner and brother, Grady Stovall. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Debbie Satterfield, Baldwin; son, Parks Satterfield, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Robin Allen, Cleveland; Brenda and Jesse Souther, Cleveland; brother and sister in law, Berman and Dolly Stovall, Cleveland; grandchildren, Tonya Roper, Gainesville; Joseph Satterfield, Columbus,IN; Laurie and Tommy Siebert, Cleveland; Lacey Allen, Gainesville; Jordan Allen, Cleveland; Autumn and Brian Mills, Demorest; Chase Butler, Cleveland; Taylor Souther, Cleveland; great-grandchildren, Anna Siebert, Steffi Siebert, Parker Mills, Braydon Butler, Noah Mills and special friend, Judy McDougald, Cornelia. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday at Blue Creek Baptist Church. The Rev. Leon Carter, the Rev. Milton Harris and the Rev. Jason Daniel will officiate. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to the family at barrettfh.com.
