Beverly Izola Hodges

Beverly Izola Hodges age 65 of Cornelia died Tuesday April 25, 2007 at her residence. Born on January 12, 1942 in Clayton, County, she was the daughter of the late Oswald Vaughan and Ethel Vaughn. She was a member of Living Faith Sanctuary and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Bill) Hodges; brother, Jack Vaughan and sister, Shirley Gilbert. Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law: Tammy & Greg Byrd, Baldwin; son: Adell Hodges; sister: Rose & Glen Scott, Cleveland; sister: Sue Regan, Gainesville; Brothers & sisters-in-law: Oswald Jr. and Faye Vaughan, Forest Park; Eddie & Patsy Vaughan, Billy & Patsy Vaughan, all of Fayetteville; brother: Jerry Vaughan, of South Georgia; 2 granddaughters: Kristy and Amber Byrd, Baldwin. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, April 27, 2007 from the Barrett Chapel. Dr. Kenneth Franklin will officiate. Interment will be in Leatherwood Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 P.M. on Thursday at the funeral home.
