Billy Ray Howard

Billy Ray Howard age 46 of Gillsville passed away Thursday June 21, 2012 at New Horizons West following an extended illness. Mr. Howard was born in Hall County the son of the late Carl Thomas Howard and Dorothy Frances Howard. He was preceded in death by a brother, Randall Howard. Survivors include brother, James C. Howard, Murrayville; brothers and sisters in law, Richard and Jane Howard, Gillsville, Larry and Patsy Howard, Maysville; sister and brother in law, Glenda and Phillip Dispain, Clermont, Donna and Richard Pass, Gainesville; sister, Rachel Howard, Atlanta; several special nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday June 23, 2012 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Mike Gaines, the Rev. Royce Winters and the Rev. Bobby Jones will officiate. Interment will be in Murrayville Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
