Boyd Ray Headrick

Mr. Boyd Ray Headrick, age 76, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2009 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Headrick was born in Knoxville, TN on August 2, 1932 to the late Boyd and Julia Florence Grubb Headrick. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Mr. Headrick was retired from Dekalb County as the Loss Control Manager. He was a member of The Bridge church. In the words of his wife “He was a man of integrity and Loved.” Survivors include his wife Eva Headrick, Cleveland; daughters Stephanie Kilgore, Lisa Headrick;son,Mark Headrick, step daughters and sons in law Donna and Britt Terrell, Kristie and Brian Gates, step son and daughter in law Matt and Pilar Walden, all of Covington. 6 grandchildren. Graveside services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in Yonah View Memorial Gardens. Mr. Kenneth Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 12-2 P.M.
