Bradley W. Dorsey

Bradley W. Dorsey, age 77 of Cleveland, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Mr. Dorsey was born on February 7, 1942, in Clarkesville, Georgia, to the late Asa Dorsey and Annie Kate Palmer Dorsey. He was the owner of Fonda Milling and a member of Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church. In addition to his parents, Bradley was preceded in death by his son, Wesley Dorsey; brothers, Leethel Dorsey and Thandal Dorsey; sister, Desma Love. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Dorsey, Cleveland; daughter, Katrece Carter, Cleveland; grandson, Brett Carter, Cleveland; brothers and sisters-in-law, Phillip and Cheryl Dorsey, Marietta, Sharrell and Sherrill Dorsey, Anniston, AL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Trilla and L.C. Pruitt, Cleveland, Fonda and Allen Riley, Acworth; sister, Miriam Vandiver, Lula; sister-in-law, Cupie Dorsey, Columbia, SC; brother-in-law, Frank Bachelder, Athens, GA; many nieces and nephews also survive. The family would like to thank all the caregiver who ministered great love during Bradley’s illness. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Union Grove Congregational Holiness Church. The Rev. Paul Flynn, the Rev. J.D. Sosebee, the Rev. Dave Fortner, and Mr. Gilbert Barrett will officiate. Interment will follow at Gateway Memory Park. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
