Braughten James Rogers

Mr. Braughten James Rogers, age 95, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Rogers was born in Clermont on November 18, 1919 to the late Dee and Lona Foster Rogers. He was a farmer and retired from Georgia Chair. Mr. Rogers was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include wife, Estelle Cain Rogers, Cleveland; daughter, Catherine Westmoreland, Helen; son, Mike Rogers, Cleveland; brother, Foster Rogers, Cleveland; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for 11am Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Center Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. Donnie Wilkes and Rev. Brian Satterfield will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, June 26, 2015 from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
