Cameron Sean Batye

Cameron Sean Batye, age 62, of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023. Mr. Batye was born on October 1, 1960, in LaGrange, Illinois, to the late Robert Batye and Billie Smith. Mr. Batye was an avid golfer, loved working in his yard, a sports fanatic, and a dedicated fan of Georgia Tech and the Atlanta Braves. In addition to his parents, Cameron was preceded in death by his step-father, Hubert Smith; brother, Kevin Batye. Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Stephanie Batye, Cleveland; sons, Kyle Batye (Helan Melton), Sean Batye (Kristen), and Scott Batye; daughter Emily Henderson (Matthew) and Megan Barrett (Avery); grandchildren, Jace Batye, Kynadi Batye, Grant Henderson, and Charlotte Henderson. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2023, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
