Carl Bernard Smith

Mr. Carl Bernard Smith, age 85, of Dahlonega, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023. Mr. Smith was born in Lumpkin County to the late J.B. and Lona Jarrard Smith. In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Jimmie Nell Nix and Allene Wood. Mr. Smith was a farmer and was loved by his family. Survivors include sisters, Mary Shelnut, Martha Loggins, and Lillian Dockery; and brothers, Russell Smith and Bud Smith; and many other relatives. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Welcome Worship Center in Dahlonega. Rev. Jimmy Peck and Rev. Tim Sullens will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
