Carl W. Tolbert

Carl Wesley Tolbert, age 69 of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019.   Mr. Tolbert was born July 18, 1949 in Dahlonega, GA to the late Clinton “Clutch” and Grace Loggins Tolbert. Carl was a retired diesel mechanic for Pilgrim Trucking and was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Craven Tolbert.   Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Shad and Tricia Tolbert, Cleveland; Donald and Valerie Tolbert, Hollywood, GA; son, Chuck Tolbert, Cleveland; brothers, Tommy Tolbert, Jimmy Tolbert, Charles Tolbert, Stanley Tolbert all of Dahlonega; sisters, Ruth Grant, Gainesville; Chris Gilreath, Dahlonega; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren also survive.   Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, June 10, 2019 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Scott Brown will officiate.
