Carol Ann Quinn

With deep love and gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of Carol Ann Quinn, age 84, longtime resident of Cleveland, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Mrs. Quinn was born on January 21, 1942, in Providence, Rhode Island, to the late William and Bernice Theroux LaFrancios. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Thomas George Quinn, with whom she shared a devoted and enduring marriage. She was co-owner of Quinn’s Exterminating, that was founded in 1982. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she found her greatest joy in her family and took immense pride in the men her boys became and the growing legacy of love through her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Retired Colonel Thomas George Quinn, Jr. (Betty), James Francis Quinn (Nancy), and William Robert Quinn; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Friday, February 20, 2026, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Father Fabio Alvarez will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
