Carolyn Lucille Franco

Carolyn L. Franco, age 81, of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021. Mrs. Franco was born on October 6, 1939, in Cleveland, Georgia, to the late Paul and Clara Mae Howard Grindle. She was retired from Babyland General Hospital. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Arthuro Franco. Survivors include her son, Paul Dorsey, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Al Walters, Gainesville; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Tonya Dorsey, Cleveland; grandchildren, Daniel Chavez and Jade Ariel Rich; great grandchildren, Kihanna, Isaac, and Addison; sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Thomas Anderson, Murrayville; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Thursday, June 3, 2021 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Philippi Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Jason Hester will officiate.
