Catherine Louise Nystrom

Catherine Louise Nystrom, 75 of Cleveland, formally of Tallahassee, FL, passed away on January 9, 2007 at Habersham County Medical Center. Mrs. Nystrom was born on January 23, 1931 in Newport News, VA to the late Geneva Harrison and lived most of her life in Tallahassee, FL until moving to White County, God’s Country in 2006. She was a retired Section Supervisor with the Florida Department of Highway Safety DL Division over 30 years of service. She loved flowers, making dolls and animals, in particular, her dog Chief. Survivors: husband: John F. Nystrom, Cleveland; son: Thomas Eldrige Beach, Murphy, NC; grandson: James Arthur Beach, Tampa, FL; sisters: Betsy Ann DeCesare, Bangor, PA, and Shermie Carol Rehbaum, Parker, CO. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2007 at 3:00 PM in the Barrett Chapel with Dr. Steve Midkiff officiating. Interment will be in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.
