Charles "Charlie" Miller

Charles “Charlie” William Miller, age 84 of Cleveland, passed away Friday, October 6, 2017.   Mr. Miller was born November 25, 1932 in Lumpkin County to the late Joseph and Carrie Sutton Miller. Charlie was a self-employed entrepreneur and was most recently employed as a security officer at Innsbruck. He was a Veteran of the United States Army as well as member of the American Legion Roy Head Post and Yonah Lodge F&AM. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his son Keith Miller, sisters, Bonnie Toler, Bertha Ree Miller, Mary Evon Paschal, brothers, Edward “Tom” Miller, Wendell Miller and Herb Miller.   Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Kina and Bruce Williams of Locust Grove; sister, Aundie Mason of Cleveland; brother, Arlis Miller of Cleveland; grandchildren, Holly Presley, Josh Spencer, Nichole Miller, Rachael Miller, Randy Miller and 7 great grandchildren.   Memorial services are scheduled for 3:00 PM Saturday, October 14, 2017 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Brandon Dockery will officiate.   The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM Saturday at the funeral home prior to the memorial service.   Flowers are acknowledge however donations are requested to the American Legion Roy Head Post, P.O.
