Charles Ray Fowler

Mr. Charles Ray Fowler, age 79 of Sautee, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2010 at his residence. Mr. Fowler was born June 21, 1931 in Miami, FL to the late William and Ruby Ellis Fowler. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the Baptist Builders Club, Southern Baptist Disaster Relief and a member of Mt. Yonah Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Merilyn Fowler, Sautee, GA; daughter, Kathleen Fowler, Marietta, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Iris and Bob Hartley, Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Daniel and Ashley Hartley, Athens, GA; Thomas Hartley, Marietta, GA; brother, William Fowler, Merritt Island, FL; sister, Joan Wagoner, Orlando, FL; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Monday, July 26, 2010 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. John Yarbrough will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt.
