Charles Albert Partin

Charles Albert Partin, age 84 of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2023. Mr. Partin was born April 13, 1939 to the late Marion and Pauline Dorsey Partin. Charles was a self-employed stone mason and was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by is wife, Frances Partin, siblings, Jimmy Partin, Curtis Partin, Earl Partin and Jean Simmons. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Kechara Partin; daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Roy Freeman; son, Rickey Freeman; grandchildren, Travis Partin, Austin Roberts, Preston Hogsed, Casey and Jake Cantrell, Taylor and Nick Stowe, Kristina Freeman; great grandchildren, Anson Cantrell, Jaxon Cantrell, Maxwell Stowe; siblings, Alvanell Reeves, Wiley Partin, Loy Partin, Deborah Kelley and Donald Partin.
