Christopher Loye Nix

Mr. Christopher Loye Nix, age 55 of Cleveland passed away Monday, March 19, 2012 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Nix was born in Blue Ridge, GA on April 17, 1956 to the late Loye Herbert and Winnie Fred Holbrooks Nix. He was a self-employed roofer. Survivors include his sisters and brothers in law, Linda and David Blackbeaver, Acworth; Lois and Harold Crigger, Kountze, Texas; sister: Rita Sanders, Cleveland; uncle: Amos Edward “Shorty” Nix, Cleveland; uncle and aunt, Wilber & Margaret Nix; cousins: Joseph Nix, Glen Nix, Greg Nix, Margaret Grindle, Barbara Edge, Sherill Nix and Ronnie Nix; several other relatives also survive. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at The Rock of Cleveland with the Rev. David Crowe officiating. The family will receive friends at the church after the service.
