Clara M. Seabolt

Mrs. Clara M. Seabolt, age 88, of Cleveland passed away, Saturday, January 16, 2010 at a private health care center following an extended illness. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Dave Fortner, Rev. Chris Anderson, and Rev. David Cash will officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery. . The family will receive friends from 4-8 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Seabolt was born on March 16, 1921 to the late Frank and Dora Nix Dyer. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Goodman Seabolt; daughters Lois Partin, Sue Pruitt, Sherry Seabolt, and Kathy Stancil. Mrs. Seabolt was a homemaker and a member of Mt. View Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter and son in law, Carolyn and Larry Hulsey, Cleveland; sons and daughters in law, Johnny and Sandra Seabolt, Cleveland; Jimmy and Carolyn Seabolt, Cleveland; Kenneth and Debra Seabolt, Cleveland; Steve and Helen Seabolt, Clarkesville; son, Jack Seabolt, Jefferson; brothers Wendell Dyer, Cleveland; Ronald Dyer, Gainesville; Wesley Dyer, Cleveland; Leonard Dyer, Gainesville; sisters, Katheline Nahser, Montgomery, AL; Ruth Dyer, Murrayville; Patty Holland, Gainesville; 31 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
