Claudine Free

Claudine Free, age 72 of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Free was born July 6, 1943 in Cleveland to the late James Walter Hicks and Hazel Jane Underwood Hicks. She was a homemaker and a member of New Bridge Baptist Church. Mrs. Free was preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Savage and special father-in-law, Garland Free. Survivors include her devoted husband of 54 years, Clyde Free, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Danny Tankersley, Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Eddie and Frances Free, Lula; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Bobby Elliott, Alto; grandchildren, Dayna Cass, Erin McIntyre, Ciera Hughes, Heather Bever, Cassidy Elliott, 1 brother and 1 sister; a host of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday, November 30, 2015 at New Bridge Baptist Church. The Rev. Darin Cain, the Rev. W.A. Jenkins and the Rev. Phillip Robinson will officiate.
