Connie Borders Odom, age 69, entered into eternal rest on March 11, 2026.
Connie was born on April 12, 1956, in Macon, Georgia, to the late John Borders and Vera White Borders. As an only child, she grew up in Middle Georgia, where she spent much of her life surrounded by the community she loved.
Connie had a passion for traveling and enjoyed exploring new places and making memories along the way. She also loved photography and scrapbooking, hobbies that allowed her to capture and preserve the special moments of life for years to come.
Connie was a Bible believer and believed in Jesus as her Savior. She will be remembered for her creativity, her love of adventure, the memories she cherished with those around her, and the faith that guided her life.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her husband, Brian Odom; and family members, John Barrett Lyn Earl Odom, Eva Odom, Wesley Odom, Joel Odom, Terry Odom, Renee Dailey, Juanita Appel, Denise Murphy, Paige Palmer, Skippie Skipper, and Tammy Danneman.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 2:00, in Nails Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, in Homer, Georgia.
McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with these arrangements.
Barrett Funeral Home in Cleveland is in charge of the graveside services.
