Connie Alexander Thomas

Mrs. Connie Alexander Thomas, age 77, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023. Mrs. Thomas was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late Clyde and Ida Henderson Alexander. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Jeanette Nunnally, and brother, Earl Alexander. Mrs. Thomas was a production manager at Ethicon and attended Zion Interdenominational Church. Survivors include husband, Marvin Thomas, Cleveland; daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and Dan Burkhart and Renee and Gary Ward; grandchildren, Brandon and Alex Ward, Dylan and Hannah Ward, Matt and Lauren Davis, and Meghan Burkhart; great-grandchildren, Zane and Sawyer Ward and Emi Kate and Rhett Davis; sister, Francine Gray; brother, Lane Alexander; and a host of nieces, nephews, and numerous friends. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at Zion Interdenominational Church. Grandson Brandon Ward, Rev. Gary Heffner, and Rev. Chris Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 P.M. Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the funeral home.
