David Michael Akin

Mr. David Michael Akin, age 57, of Dawsonville, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021. Mr. Akin was born on October 16, 1963 and is preceded in death by his mother, Della Akin. Mr. Akin worked in the Commercial Heating and Air Industry and was a loving husband, father, son, friend, and child of God. Survivors include his wife, Pamela Akin; sons, Jeremiah Akin and Cyden Pulley; daughter, Patiance Bunn; step-sons, Chris Key and Cory Key; grandchildren, Eli Akin and Addalyne Akin; father, Donald Akin; brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Rhonda Akin; sister, Donna Zimmer; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services are scheduled for 4 P.M. Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Marc Turner will officiate.
