Diane Ravan

Diane Ravan, age 72, of Lula, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Mrs. Ravan was born in Hall County on July 12, 1951, to Therman Wiley and the late Mabel Jean Ward Wiley. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Ravan; and brother, Tim Wiley. Mrs. Ravan was a hairdresser. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Shannon Gilbert, Clinton, KY; sister, Betty Shubert, Cleveland; brother and sister-in-law, Milton and Toni Wiley, Demorest; and father, Therman Wiley, Lula; as well as a number of nieces and nephews who affectionately referred to her as “Nanny Di.” Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 P.M. Sunday, June 9, 2024, from The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Danny Oliver will officiate. Interment will follow in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the funeral home.
