Dolores Mitchell Lawton age 82 passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville. Mrs. Lawton was born June 26, 1933 in Covington, KY to the late Dallie and Grace Warner Mitchell. She was an Executive Secretary for Tenneco. Survivors include her husband, Forest Lawton, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, David and Denise VandenBosch, Key West, FL; daughters, Tanya Motes, Lake City, FL; Diane Nesmith, Clarkesville; April Lawton, Tampa, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Pete East, Cape Charles, VA; sister, Dallas Mote, Cape Charles, VA; grandchildren, Nicholas Nesmith, Jacob Nesmith, Christi Ferdini, Laura Smith. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, February 26, 2016 at First Presbyterian Church of Cleveland. Dr. Roe Callaway will officiate.
