Donald Allison

Donald Lee Allison, age 82 of Cleveland, passed away Monday, October 5, 2020. Mr. Allison was born February 21, 1938 in Hall County to the late Marvin Lee Allison and Lora Bell Barron Allison. Donald was the owner and operator of Allison Leasing Inc. He had a love for trucks, antique cars, horses and especially loved his family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Benny Gerald Allison. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Allison; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Rose Mariee Allison; grandsons, Donald William Allison and Dorothy Beck; Edward Johnston Allison and Nicole Smith, all of Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Rev. Swayne Cochran, Homer; sister, Brenda Allison Pilgrim, Cleveland; nephew, Gerald R. Allison, Flowery Branch; beloved Labrador retriever, Elmo. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Thursday, October 8, 2020 at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The. Rev. Gary Heffner, Rev. Doug Merck and Rev. Swayne Cochran will officiate.
