Dr. Michael Mead Garrett

Dr. Michael M. Garrett, age 62 of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, November 08, 2011. Dr. Garrett was born March 17, 1949 in Barnesville, OH to Barbara Garrett Ward and the late Fredrick Lee Garrett. Dr. Garrett was a chiropractor. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy where he served on the Aircraft Carrier Coral Sea during the Vietnam War. Dr. Garrett was a Green Beret Paratrooper in the United States Army 82nd Air Borne Division Survivors include his wife, Julie Garrett, Cleveland; sons, Charles Garrett, Woodstock; Amos B. Ferguson, Cleveland; daughters, Cassie Garrett Michael, Woodstock; Lauren Ferguson; Cleveland; Breelee Michael Mead Garrett, Cleveland; mother, Barbara Garrett Ward, Barnesville, OH; brother and sister-in-law, Corwin “Cork” and Shawna Garrett, Cleveland; sister and brother-in-law, Deborah and Ed Rutkowski, Davidson, NC; 2 grandchildren.
