Eddie Merle Loggins

Eddie Merle Loggins, age 61 of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Cleveland, GA passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014, in Phoenix. Mr. Loggins was born July 12, 1953 in Cleveland, GA, to the late Buford Loggins Sr. and Jennie Freeman Loggins. Eddie was a Captain for the Scottsdale, AZ Fire Department and was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of White Creek Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his brothers Ray Loggins, Donald Loggins and nephew David Loggins. Survivors include his daughters, Kelly and Haley Loggins, Phoenix, AZ; brothers and sisters-in-law, Fay and Pat Loggins, Cleveland; Ronnie and Mildred Loggins, Lula; Buford and Helen Loggins, Gainesville; sister-in-law, Martha Loggins, Cleveland. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Kyle Savage will officiate. Interment will be in White Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
