Edna Lou Fain

Edna Lou Fain, age 85, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Mrs. Fain was born on May 13, 1939, in Sautee Nacoochee, to the late Clifford “Lon” and Ann Rogers Hood. She worked as an office manager for a veterinarian office. In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Fain; granddaughter, Elena Shaw. Survivors include her daughters, Angela Connelly (Keith), Lilburn , and Kathy Fain (Neal Wiley), Blairsville; grandchildren, Kevyn Ann (Joshua) Morris, Nickolas Connelly, and Jake Shaw; great-grandchildren, Mary Shaw, Maggie Morris, and Grady Morris; sisters, Linda McMillian (Henry) and Sylvia Wilson; brothers, Clifford Hood (Connie) and Charles Hood; a number of nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 8, 2024, at Nacoochee Methodist Church. The Rev. Parks Davis will officiate.
