Edward William Payne

Edward William Payne, age 54 of Cleveland, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015. Mr. Payne was born February 28, 1961 in Copperhill, TN to the late Carl William Payne and Betty Joyce Dixon Payne. Edward worked in construction and farming. He lived for his grandson Noah. Survivors include wife, Sara Payne, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Chris Cantrell, Sautee; son and daughter-in-law, Charlie and Holly Payne, Cleveland; grandson, Noah Payne; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick and Shena Payne; Avery and Francis Payne; sister, Angie Dickson.
