Ellen Margaret Taylor

Ellen Margaret Taylor, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. Mrs. Taylor was born on August 31, 1953, in Waynesville, North Carolina, to the late David Ridley and Mildred Morgan. In addition to her parents, Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, David Taylor; son, Malcolm Ramey. Survivors include her sons, Johnny Jordan and James Ramey; sisters, Kathy Smith, Evelyn Denson, and Karen Tara; brother, Ricky Ridley. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 2, 2023, at The Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hazel Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M – 1:00 P.M.
