Emma Evelyn Wade

Mrs. Emma Evelyn Wade age 82 of Cleveland passed away Sunday, July 15, 2007 at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Wade was born in Hall County the daughter of the late Walter and Ella Skelton Irvin. She was preceded in death by her husbands, A.M. Smith, Lee Palmer and Homer Wade, brothers, Emory Irvin, Barney Irvin, Eugene Irvin, Edwin Irvin and Claude Irvin. Mrs. Wade was a member of County Line Baptist Church and was retired from Mount Vernon Mills. Survivors include son and daughter in law, Garry and Linda Smith, Cleveland; granddaughters and grandsons in law, Kim and Ottie Rich, Alanna and Matt Stevens, all of Cleveland, Tonya and Chuck Grizzle, Clermont; sisters, Naomi Kemp, Oakwood, Viola Humphreys, Cleveland; 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday July 17, 2007 at County Line Baptist Church. The Rev. Michael Irvin and the Rev. Phillip Robinson will officiate. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1-4 and 6-9 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
