Fern London Ward

Fern London Ward, age 81 of Cleveland, passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018.   Mrs. Ward was born on August 5, 1937, in Gainesville, Georgia, to the late John Graves and Flary Etta Cantrell London. She lived most of her life in White County and worked for Talon. Fern was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church and was preceded in death by brothers, Phillip London, Arthur London, Richard London, Clarence London, Benny London, Albert London, Edgar London; sisters, Virginia Hogan and Irene London.   Survivors include her husband, Milton O’Neal Ward, Cleveland; sons and daughters-in-law, Mickey and Shirley Ward, Cleveland, and Milton and Roberta Ward, Cornelia; twin sister, Laverne Berrong, Cleveland; brother, Grant London, Cleveland; granddaughter, Anna Ledford (Jeremy); special friend, Katie Penland.   Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Danny Kastner will officiate. Interment will follow at Blue Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Rondal Garmon officiating.   The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
