Flora Bell Rogers

Miss Flora Bell Rogers, age 99, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021. Miss Rogers was born on July 29, 1922 to the late Robert and Essie Sanders Rogers. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, J.C. Rogers, Chester Rogers, Forrest Rogers, and Clyde Rogers; and sisters, Myrtle Hulsey, Omie Standridge, and Annie Dorsey. Miss Rogers was a cafeteria server with the White County Board of Education and a member of Center Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Thursday, November 18, 2021 from the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. Rev. Eddie Mitchell will officiate. Interment will follow at Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon Thursday until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
