Frances Josephine Partin

Frances A. Partin, age 83 of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018.   Mrs. Partin was born on July 15, 1934, in Helen, Georgia, to the late H.L. and Ruby Johnson Adams. She was a retired insurance agent. Frances was preceded in death by her sister, Wilma Jean Munn.   Survivors include her husband, Charles Partin, Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Roy Freeman, Cleveland; son, Rickey Freeman, Cleveland; son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Kechara Partin, Cleveland; grandchildren, Casey Cantrell, Taylor Freeman, Travis Partin, Austin Roberts, Preston Hogsed, Kristina Freeman; brother, Calvin Adams, Helen; sisters, Barbara Roper, Helen; Blanche Hampton, Atlanta.   Memorial services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the Chapel of Barrett Funeral Home. The Rev. Gary Heffner and the Rev. Dave Fortner will officiate.   The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.   Flowers will be acknowledged, however it is requested that memorial donations be made to American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Post 16 – P.O.
