Frances Louise West

Mrs. Frances Louise West, age 75, of Cleveland, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Mrs. West was born in Habersham County to the late Roosevelt and Pauline Nations Eller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Wayne “Pickle” West; and brothers, Charles Eller and James Eller. Mrs. West was a homemaker and a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church. She had a heart of gold, loved her grandsons and was a social butterfly. Mrs. West was very active in the Shoal Creek Goodwill Circle and at the Senior Center. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Shanda and Shannon McConnell; grandsons, Isaiah Sullens, Andrew Sullens, and Brandon McConnell; two great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Shirley Eller. Funeral services are scheduled for 12 Noon Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Shoal Creek Baptist Church. Rev. Chris Anderson, Rev. Bill Trotter, and Rev. Jerry Marcus will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
