Fred Edwards

Fred Huntley Edwards, age 91, passed away June 11th, 2020. Mr. Edwards was born March 23rd, 1929 in Anson County, North Carolina to the late Enos T. and Lucille Edwards. Mr. Edwards was a member of Rehobeth Baptist Church in Tucker, Georgia, and was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving during the Korean War flying B-29 Aircraft refuelers. Mr. Edwards enjoyed fishing, golfing, and playing bridge. In addition to his parents, Mr. Edwards is preceded in death by his first wife, Jonelle Blackburn Edwards and son, Michael Enos Edwards, brothers Don Edwards and Bobby Edwards. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Edwards of Tucker, GA, daughters Luci and Robert Orr of Sautee Nacoochee, GA; Cathy and John Stone of Verona, Kentucky; daughter-in-law Alisa Edwards of Frankfort, Kentucky; sister, Betsy Stroud of Rockwell, North Carolina, as well as grandchildren, Huntley Stone, Theresa and Robert Orr Jr., Joseph Stone, Ashely and Huu Nguyen, , and Christina and Ethan Weeks.
